Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities for local and regional hiring needs, including coordination of interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding processes
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and support effective hiring strategies
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen the company's workforce pipeline
  • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives, talent development programs, and organizational improvement projects
  • Support manpower planning and organizational development activities
  • Manage employment pass, work visa, and immigration-related processes for foreign employees
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities and external vendors on immigration and visa matters
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with internal policies
  • Act as a liaison between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and local HR operations to ensure effective communication and alignment

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment, HR operations, and/or employment pass and work visa administration
  • Good understanding of Singapore employment pass and work visa processes
  • Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English for effective workplace communication
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
  • Humble, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Experience working in a Japanese company or regional office is an added advantage
  • Exposure to HR strategy, organizational planning, or manpower planning is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with Singapore labor regulations and HR practices is an added advantage
