Sales Specialist - Construction / Building Materials
Location: Yew Tee
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: $3,000 - $5,600
Benefits: AWS, Performance Bonus, Annual Leave from 14 days
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and stakeholders (developers, architects, contractors).
- Monitor project progress and forecast material requirements.
- Provide tailored solutions, training, and support to customers.
- Report on market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
- Ensure clear communication on payment terms and sales agreements.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction or building materials.
- Proven track record in project-based sales.
- Possess own car or motorcycle for site visits.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-motivated, persuasive, and resilient with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable using digital tools and technology.
