- Support recruitment: post ads, schedule interviews, and manage assessments.
- Onboard new employees: handle paperwork, data entry in SF, and assist with orientation.
- Maintain HR records: ensure compliance, process offboarding, and manage welfare benefits.
- HR admin: compile metrics, update reports, handle HR mailbox, and provide first-level support.
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of HR experience (recruitment/onboarding preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
