Job Scope
Drive innovation in recruitment practices
- Partner with leaders to design and deliver creative sourcing strategies across multiple functions.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both immediate and future business needs.
- Explore and test new approaches to engaging talent, including digital campaigns, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
Lead and contribute to projects
- Take ownership of cross-functional initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and candidate/manager experience.
- Support organisation-wide efforts to modernise recruitment and align with broader HR priorities
Introduce and optimise systems and processes
- Evaluate, implement, and improve recruitment tools, platforms, and workflows (e.g., ATS optimisation, automation, interview design).
- Ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability in recruitment operations.
Champion data-driven decision making
- Use recruitment analytics and market insights to shape strategies, influence stakeholders, and continuously improve outcomes.
- Provide dashboards, reports, and storytelling that enable leaders to make informed talent decisions.
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Solid track record in end-to-end recruitment with strong stakeholder management.
- Creative, solutions-driven mindset with ability to introduce new ways of working.
- Experience leading projects that enhance efficiency, productivity, or candidate/manager experience.
- Skilled in optimising recruitment systems, tools, and processes.
- Data-driven, using insights to shape hiring strategies and decisions.
- Strong communicator and self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments.
