Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Innovation & Strategy

  • Drive innovation in recruitment practices across the organisation.

  • Partner with business leaders to design and deliver creative sourcing strategies across multiple functions.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.

  • Explore and implement new talent engagement approaches, including digital campaigns, talent mapping, and market intelligence.

Project Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance productivity, efficiency, and candidate/manager experience.

  • Support organisation-wide initiatives to modernise recruitment and align with broader HR priorities.

Systems & Process Optimisation

  • Evaluate, implement, and optimise recruitment tools, platforms, and workflows (e.g., ATS optimisation, automation, interview design).

  • Ensure recruitment operations are consistent, compliant, and scalable.

Data & Analytics

  • Champion data-driven decision-making using recruitment analytics and market insights.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to enable informed talent decisions.

  • Use data storytelling to influence stakeholders and continuously improve hiring outcomes.

Key Competencies

  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment with strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Creative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to introduce new ways of working.

  • Experience leading projects that enhance efficiency, productivity, and candidate/manager experience.

  • Strong capability in optimising recruitment systems, tools, and processes.

  • Data-driven approach to shaping hiring strategies and business decisions.

  • Confident communicator and proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments.
