Job Description
- Ensure timely supply of materials (right time, quantity, and quality) to meet production needs
- Execute MRP supply plans, forecasts, and exception reports to suppliers
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure delivery commitments are met
- Expedite deliveries and resolve material shortages
- Handle quality issues, change requests, supplier returns, goods receipt, and invoice discrepancies
- Maintain accurate data and ensure compliance with procedures
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess stock
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing/planning experience
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP ERP is an advantage
