The incumbent is responsible for checking the AIA ILP Net Asset Value (NAV) reports prepared by Fund Administrator. The activities includes daily placement of trades and ensuring the accuracy of the securities prices of the ILP.
Ensure daily ILP bond prices provided by brokers are complete and approved by Fund Managers before 12 noon daily. Investigate any stale bond prices or large variances.
Ensure the ILP daily trades are place accurately and timely with the Fund Manager's Registrar no financial loss due to trade placement error oversight.
Ensure fund administrator inputs the security prices accurately, account for all subscription and redemption trades and proper accruals of management fees in the NAV reports daily before 530pm.
Daily trade placement with Custodian for Asset Evolution and uploading prices to Integral Life.
Perform monthly holdings reconciliation for AIA ILP funds and Asset Evolution.
Preparation of the AIA ILP Semi/Annual Fund reports for the Direct Investment Linked Funds.
Verification of trailer fees statements from fund houses and custody invoices from Custodian and Maintain excellent relationship with Fund Houses, custodian and Fund Administrator
Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Banking and Finance or other related fields
At least 3 years work experience in Accounting and Banking or Finance industries
Possess strong communications skills
Possess strong application skill in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
