Fundraising & Sales Associate / Analyst

NewDimensions Capital based in Singapore

New Dimensions Capital is a Capital Markets Services Licensed Holder fully regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. We are a multifamily office and a fund management company handling high net worth individuals, corporates and institutions.

Position Overview

Join New Dimensions Capital as a business development professional in a strategic hybrid roleblending fundraising and sales initiatives. You'll tap into your economics expertise to support capital formation, manage investor relationships, prepare financial materials, and execute outreach to both institutional and private wealth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fundraising & Pipeline Development
  • Support the full fundraising lifecycle from initial outreach to investor onboarding and commitment.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective investors including institutional LPs, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Economic & Market Analysis
  • Conduct macroeconomic and sector-specific research to inform fundraising strategy and pitch positioning.
  • Utilize economic modeling and scenario analysis to support marketing materials and investor discussions.
  • Bi weekly and monthly bulletins write ups.
  • Pitch Materials & Documentation
  • Assist in creating and refining pitch decks, be familiar with Private Placement Memoranda (PPMs), due diligence materials (DDQs), and financial models.
  • Investor Relations & Communication
  • Help manage investor communicationproviding timely updates, performance insights, and tracking feedback.
  • Coordinate events such as roadshows, investor meetings, webinars, and annual investor conferences.
  • Sales & Client Engagement
  • Reach out proactively to potential investors, manage meeting scheduling, and coordinate follow-up.
  • Use consultative sales methodologybuilding value propositions aligned to investor objectives and portfolio needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Investment, Product Development, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and adherence to protocols and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related field. Preference for candidates with 38 years of experience in fundraising, business development, investor relations, or similar roles within private equity, asset management, real estate capital raising, or placement agencies.
  • Analytical & Technical Skills
  • Strong economic and financial analysis ability; experience building or interpreting financial models, feasibility studies, ROI forecasts and DCF.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg and Preqin
  • Communication & Sales Acumen
  • Exceptional communication skills written and oral for crafting compelling narratives and investor storytelling.
  • Comfortable operating in long-cycle institutional fundraising processes, while also pursuing faster-moving private wealth channels.
  • Project Management & Organization
  • Highly organized, process-driven, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Relationship Skills
  • Natural networker, adept at building and nurturing long-term investor relationships across diverse segments.
  • Skills set
  • Experience or comfort with private credit, infrastructure, impact investing, or niche LP segments (e.g., insurance, family offices).
  • Certifications such as CFA, CACS Paper 1 and 2or training in capital markets or alternativesare a plus.
