- Work with the product delivery committee in rolling out new products
- Represent New Business/Policy Servicing team in product meetings with the team manager
- Work with New Business/Policy Servicing teams to draft business requirements for submission to the product delivery committee, ensuring operational requirements are catered for
- Work with the technology team on UAT test plans and review/sign off UAT output
- Prepare and conduct training on new products for New Business/Policy Servicing teams
- Monitor post-implementation progress to ensure smooth product rollout
- Document business/handling rules of launched products in existing SOPs/User guides
