Job Duties:
Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of initiatives to grow client's credit card revenue and portfolio profitability
Drive card activation by identifying activation barriers and designing targeted onboarding and early-usage engagement programs
Develop and execute strategies to increase spend across customer segments and spending occasions
Grow overall credit card spend through insights-led campaigns, value propositions, and usage-driven offers
Leverage customer, transaction, and behavioural data to design personalized, effective, and measurable engagement strategies
Partner closely with analytics, marketing, technology, and other relevant stakeholders to deliver high-impact initiatives
Monitor portfolio performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously refine strategies based on outcomes and insights
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in product management or portfolio growth, preferably within credit cards or retail banking
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong understanding of credit card economics, including interchange revenue, FX margins, and cost of funds
Experience in product management and delivery is highly desired.
