1 Year Contract Patient Service Associate #HGAT

Working hours

Weekday: 630am to 7pm (Only need to work 8 hours a day on weekday - Roster Allocated)

Every Sat: 630am to 130pm (Only need to work 4 hours on Sat - Roster Allocated)

44 hours per work week

Jobscope for PSA:

As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for performing tasks related to patient care and administrative duties. Your area of responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following:

• Greet and register patients
• Schedule patient appointment
• Coordinate specialists consultation referrals
• Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
• Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
• Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station

Requirements

• Don't need any healthcare exp. Any customer service / admin duties are okay
• GCE N/O/A Levels
• Must be comfortable to use computer for patient registration / schedule appointment / payment
• Must be ok to start as early as 630am on certain days. So certain days will start at 630am / 7am / 730am / 8am
