Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare employment contracts, collect employment-related documents, work pass application and arrange staff passes, pre-employment medical check-up and apparel for new hires, etc.
  • Advise employees on leave balances, liaise with Payroll for final payments and work pass cancellation, etc.
  • Address and resolve employment-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Update and maintain employee data on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform other HR administrative tasks as required to support the business and employee needs.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline
  • At least 2 years of HR work experience
