Responsible for day-to-day HR operational functions including recruitment, payroll, administration, and employee benefits management, training and performance management.
Maintain Employee handbook and HR policies in line with employment legislations and statutory requirement. Maintain and update job description and organization chart.
Collect training needs and propose suitable training programs. Manage training arrangements and maintain training records.
Administration of staff medical claims and maintain all employee insurances Group Hospitalization insurance, personal accident and group term life, workmen injury compensation insurance, medical health screening package.
Manage employee welfare benefits including planning and organize company welfare events, including company incentive trip, team building activities, company annual dinner & dance and gathering.
Process Monthly payroll and submission of monthly CPF, and prepare monthly payroll report. Prepare and submit staff income details to IRAS for auto-inclusion and submit IR21 to IRAS for tax clearance for foreigner leaving the company.
Manage employee benefits including administration of leave and submission of Government-Paid childcare, maternity and paternity claims, NS makeup claim.
