8:00 AM – 5:30 PM OR 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments
Manage daily front desk and reception operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room and staff calendars
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier items, and deliveries
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
Respond to emails and general enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor badges or passes when required
Assist with payment or invoice processing where applicable
Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing and replenishment when necessary
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum GCE O Level with at least 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, or front desk operations
Friendly, approachable, and professional with a service-oriented mindset
Well-organised, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
Knowledge or experience with procurement systems will be an advantage
Positive attitude with good attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
