Personal Assistant cum E-Commerce & Content Executive

Job Responsibilities

Personal Assistant / Administrative Duties

Assist the business owner with daily administrative and business-related matters.
Manage schedules, appointments, documents, and other work arrangements.
Assist the owner in following up on daily business operations and assigned tasks.
Accompany the owner for deliveries, business meetings, events, and local or overseas business trips when required.
Assist with goods collection, deliveries, stock checking, and other business-related errands.
Coordinate with suppliers, staff, and business partners when required.
Handle business information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the owner.

E-Commerce Duties

Manage and update online store product listings, pricing, and product information.
Process and follow up on online orders.
Create and manage links for products, promotions, and online campaigns.
Assist with order fulfilment, packing, delivery, and shipment arrangements.
Assist in supporting and developing the company's online sales activities.

Content Creation / Personal Branding

Assist the owner in building and developing his/her Personal Brand / Personal IP.
Take photos and videos during daily business activities, deliveries, events, and business trips.
Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Assist in planning and creating engaging social media content.
Capture behind-the-scenes content and business-related activities.
Support the owner in maintaining a consistent online presence and growing the personal brand.

Requirements

Responsible, proactive, and well-organised.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and closely with the business owner.
Willing to accompany the owner for deliveries, business activities, events, and business trips when required.
Comfortable with taking photos and videos as part of the job.
Basic video editing skills, such as CapCut, will be an advantage.
Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, XIaohongshu, and Facebook.
E-commerce experience is an advantage.
Flexible and willing to handle different types of business-related tasks.
