Brief Summary

We are seeking an experienced AVP, Platforms Management professional to lead complex transformation programmes across digital and operational platforms. This role will oversee end-to-end programme delivery, governance, investment planning, and cross-functional stakeholder management to ensure successful execution and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end programme delivery, overseeing scope, sequencing, milestones, quality, and outcome realisation.
Drive programme prioritisation and investment planning from initiation through implementation.
Act as the central authority for programme governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
Manage cross-platform dependencies and business impacts across digital and operational environments to support seamless customer journeys.
Resolve cross-workstream issues and escalate critical decisions to senior management where required.
Partner with internal support functions and external vendors to ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
Drive market readiness and adoption through a common operating model, adapting approaches to meet business and market requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline is mandatory.
Minimum 8 years of experience in transformation, programme delivery, or consulting, preferably within regulated industries.
Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-workstream programmes in complex organisational environments.
Strong execution skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within tight timelines.
Sound judgement and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in ambiguous or evolving situations.
Strong understanding of digital, data, and AI concepts, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams.
Excellent risk, dependency, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication.
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functions without direct reporting authority.
Recognised certifications in programme management, transformation, or change management will be an advantage.
