A growing specialty pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Country Lead to drive the next phase of growth for its Singapore business.

This is a commercially focused leadership role with full responsibility for business performance, commercial strategy and people leadership. Reporting directly to senior regional leadership, you will lead a lean but high-impact commercial team while shaping the future growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Own the commercial performance and P&L of the Singapore business.
Develop and execute business strategies to accelerate sustainable growth.
Lead and coach both Sales and Marketing teams to achieve ambitious commercial objectives.
Drive portfolio performance through effective business planning, forecasting and launch excellence.
Identify market opportunities and translate market insights into winning commercial strategies.
Build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, key accounts and strategic stakeholders.
Work closely with Medical, Regulatory and regional leadership to ensure successful execution across the business.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and business results.

What We're Looking For

15+ years of commercial experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
A strong foundation in pharmaceutical Sales with progression into broader commercial leadership.
Demonstrated experience leading both Sales and Marketing functions.
Proven track record of delivering commercial growth and owning business performance.
Experience managing commercial teams and developing future leaders.
Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and execution capability.
Experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, prescription medicines or specialty care portfolios is highly preferred.
