We're partnering with an ambitious AI technology company to hire a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technical vision, architecture, and engineering organization.

What You'll Do

Define the long-term technical vision and architecture for AI platforms, distributed systems, infrastructure, and developer tools.
Lead critical technical decisions across AI model integration, data pipelines, platform architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance.
Balance rapid product delivery with scalable, long-term engineering design.
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global engineering organization.
Establish engineering best practices, technical standards, and a strong engineering culture.
Partner closely with Product, AI Research, and Leadership to translate strategy into execution and deliver exceptional products.

What We're Looking For

Proven expertise in system architecture, large-scale distributed systems, and cloud-native infrastructure.
Strong experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
Deep technical judgment with the ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions and navigate complex engineering trade-offs.
Hands-on technical background with the ability to guide engineering teams on architecture and execution.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
