We're partnering with an ambitious AI technology company to hire a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technical vision, architecture, and engineering organization.

What You'll Do
- Define the long-term technical vision and architecture for AI platforms, distributed systems, infrastructure, and developer tools.
- Lead critical technical decisions across AI model integration, data pipelines, platform architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Balance rapid product delivery with scalable, long-term engineering design.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global engineering organization.
- Establish engineering best practices, technical standards, and a strong engineering culture.
- Partner closely with Product, AI Research, and Leadership to translate strategy into execution and deliver exceptional products.
What We're Looking For
- Proven expertise in system architecture, large-scale distributed systems, and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Strong experience building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Deep technical judgment with the ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions and navigate complex engineering trade-offs.
- Hands-on technical background with the ability to guide engineering teams on architecture and execution.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
