Job Summary

Our front-of-house crew delivers excellent customer service and hospitality, ensuring guests feel comfortable and satisfied throughout their visit. This role suits a team player passionate about the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
Provide accurate menu recommendations to assist customers in their choices
Process customer orders accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system
Ensure timely preparation and serving of all menu items during service periods
Set and clear tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment
Support the shift manager in planning and organizing special events
Communicate customer feedback promptly to the shift manager for resolution
Adhere strictly to food and beverage safety and hygiene standards during all tasks
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager to support café operations

Required competencies and certifications

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the food & beverage or retail industry
Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and team members
Proven ability to work effectively as a team player with a friendly and approachable attitude
High initiative and positive attitude to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
Commitment to a 5-day work week schedule
