Job Description:

Drive sales, trading and distribution of OTC investment products across the Company's ASEAN offices, including Structured Products, Fixed Income securities and Mutual Funds, with a primary focus on growing the Structured Products franchise, driving revenue generation and expanding client adoption of structured investment solutions.
Originate, price and distribute tailored structured products aligned with clients investment objectives.
Provide market insights and trade ideas across multiple asset classes, leveraging Structured Products as a key solution for clients portfolio and yield enhancement needs.
Execute and manage OTC product transactions, including structured products, bonds and mutual funds, ensuring efficient trade execution and client servicing.
Support the distribution of primary and secondary Fixed Income offerings, including Debt Capital Markets issuances and other capital market opportunities.
Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Middle Office and Operations teams to facilitate onboarding, product approvals and seamless transaction execution.
Conduct product presentations, market updates and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualification requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in OTC product sales, advisory or dealing.
Strong knowledge of Structured Products, Fixed Income securities and Mutual Funds. Prior experience as an Investment Advisor, Product Specialist or Treasury Sales professional will be highly advantageous.
Good understanding of OTC product execution, trade lifecycle management and operational workflows.
Strong relationship management, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Strong market acumen with the ability to deliver timely investment ideas, execute transactions efficiently and support the growth of the OTC products business.
Self-motivated team player with strong market awareness and a client-centric mindset.
