We are looking for a motivated and creative Employer Branding / Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in shaping the company's talent brand, driving recruitment initiatives, and creating engaging candidate and employee experiences.

You'll play a key role in supporting our employer branding campaigns, assisting with recruitment activities, and helping us attract and engage top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding

Support in planning and executing employer branding initiatives across social media, career pages, and internal communication channels.
Assist in content creation (e.g. employee stories, visuals, videos, and posts) to promote the company culture and values.
Coordinate employer presence at university career fairs, networking events, and other branding activities.
Monitor and report on engagement metrics to measure branding effectiveness.

Talent Acquisition

Support end-to-end recruitment activities - including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
Assist in creating recruitment marketing materials such as job advertisements and candidate communications.
Partner with the HR team on onboarding activities for new hires.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Creative mindset with a keen eye for content and design.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
Familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, or other social media tools is a plus.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience in video editing, graphic design, or social media management.
Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics).
Prior internship or project experience in HR, marketing, or communications.
