What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll play an active role in helping us build world-class teams across Asia. This role is not just about recruitment it's about identifying talent who will shape Antalpha's future.

You will:

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to source, screen, and assess candidates across various functions.
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain and improve data quality in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as campus recruitment campaigns and social media content.
• Conduct market research and generate insights on talent trends and competitor benchmarking.
• Contribute to broader People Team initiatives and HR projects as needed.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working across diverse teams and regional stakeholders.
• Prior internship or project experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
