Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and creative Employer Branding / Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in shaping the company's talent brand, driving recruitment initiatives, and creating engaging candidate and employee experiences.

You'll play a key role in supporting our employer branding campaigns, assisting with recruitment activities, and helping us attract and engage top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding

  • Support in planning and executing employer branding initiatives across social media, career pages, and internal communication channels.
  • Assist in content creation (e.g. employee stories, visuals, videos, and posts) to promote the company culture and values.
  • Coordinate employer presence at university career fairs, networking events, and other branding activities.
  • Monitor and report on engagement metrics to measure branding effectiveness.

Talent Acquisition

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities - including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
  • Assist in creating recruitment marketing materials such as job advertisements and candidate communications.
  • Partner with the HR team on onboarding activities for new hires.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for content and design.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a can-do attitude.
  • Familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, or other social media tools is a plus.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in video editing, graphic design, or social media management.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics).
  • Prior internship or project experience in HR, marketing, or communications.
