We are seeking a Network Specialist having experience in solutioning, deploying, and supporting Zscaler security solutions,. The role involves implementing and supporting day2 operations for secure internet access and zero-trust network architectures using Zscaler's suite of solutions, including ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) , ZPA (Zscaler Private Access), Zscaler Zero Trust Network Architecture and ZDX along with strong handson skills on Routing / Switching and Next Generation Firewalls like checkpoint / Palo Alto / Cisco FTD / CiscoASA / Fortigate .

Key Responsibilities:

1) Day 2 operations support for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) , Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) , Zscaler Digital experience , Zscaler app connectors , Zscaler posture profiling to providesecure internet and application access in line with client securityrequirements.

2) Solutioning , deploying and supporting Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA) using Zscaler, ensuringrobust security for remote and on-premises users.

3) Configure and optimize Zscaler services to protect users, devices, and applications from internet-basedthreats while ensuring seamless access to cloud and on-prem resources.

4) Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Zscaler deployments andintegrations with existing infrastructure.

5) Monitor and optimize Zscaler performance and security policies, ensuring compliance with clients regulations and best practices for data protection.

6) Manage and support policy enforcement, logging, and reporting for internet access control, including integration with SIEM platforms for threat detection and response.

7) Act as a key liaison between business units, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful Zscaler Day 2 support and alignment with business needs.

8) Good understanding of Network Security products like firewalls , proxy , Routers , Switches to troubleshoot accessibility issues via Zscaler ZTNA setup.
