Inventory Optimization: Implement all actions to promote the best profitable availability, online and in-store, of inventory within my scope.
Diagnostics: Regularly conduct a supply chain diagnostic of my scope with my team and manage the resulting action plans.
Skill Animation: Animate/co-animate, with my referent teammates the efficiency of the key skills in my sport/universe.
S&OE Governance: In my role as the S&OE manager, I continuously guarantee alignment between demand and supply for my universe in my sport / zone S&OE.
Change Advocacy: Explain and give meaning to each process, business, and tool transformation.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and business development.
Success Conditions: Establish the conditions necessary for the success of the transformation plan (human organization, skills development, technical).
