Job Description

1. Management: Develop, Enrich, and Nurture Human Capital

  • Culture & Values: Embody and bring to life the Meaning, Values, and 8 human fundamentals within the team.

  • Organizational Design: Define a targeted human organization adapted to the current and future guidelines of my zone.

  • Talent Acquisition: Recruit and onboard complementary internal and external talent without compromising on our essential criteria.

  • Leadership Development: Lead and implement our management plan to develop responsibility and autonomy to serve the creation of collective and individual value.

  • Continuous Learning: Drive the continuous development of my teammates current and future skills to support our sustainable performance.

  • Compliance: Comply with and enforce legal and contractual obligations as well as the company's code of conduct.

  • Compensation: Manage compensation in accordance with internal policy.

2. Build and Manage the Demand Strategy for My Area

  • Strategic Writing: Develop and lead the writing of the demand strategy in line with the project plan for my zone.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Share and implement the demand strategy with all stakeholders involved.

  • Operational Tactics: Support my team in translating the demand strategy into operational tactics for their perimeters.

  • Macro Inputs: Give macro inputs to ZDP to define dispatch tactics for my scope.

3. Improve Demand Planning Excellence and Agility

  • Supply Chain Oversight: Oversee supply chain milestones for my perimeter across all horizons. Understand and manage the added value of demand management within the sport's milestones.

  • Horizontal Alignment: Organize the overall alignment of demand across each horizon with all stakeholders involved.

  • Business Plan Validation: Validate universe business plan with category manager, Sports Director/Zone Category Development Manager, finance and sustainability manager.

  • KPI Management: Set demand KPIs and ensure their achievement in accordance with my scope's trajectory.

  • Inventory Optimization: Implement all actions to promote the best profitable availability, online and in-store, of inventory within my scope.

  • Diagnostics: Regularly conduct a supply chain diagnostic of my scope with my team and manage the resulting action plans.

  • Skill Animation: Animate/co-animate, with my referent teammates the efficiency of the key skills in my sport/universe.

  • S&OE Governance: In my role as the S&OE manager, I continuously guarantee alignment between demand and supply for my universe in my sport / zone S&OE.

4. Lead the Transformation of Supply Processes and Organizations

  • Change Advocacy: Explain and give meaning to each process, business, and tool transformation.

  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and business development.

  • Success Conditions: Establish the conditions necessary for the success of the transformation plan (human organization, skills development, technical).

5. Contribute to Upskilling of My Network

  • Training Peer Groups: I am Autonomous in a Skill and I train my peers on a specific topic after following the prerequisites of being a trainer.

  • Global Referent: I am Excellent in a Skill and I get validated as a referent for my zone and worldwide.

6. Manage Global Demand Planning

  • Functional Leadership: Functionally lead and manage worldwide demand consolidation on specific perimeter.

  • Horizon Consistency: Ensure consistent management across different horizons: tactical demand, pre-season, in season and provide alert if necessary.

  • S&OP Execution: Prepare and actively participate in the S&OP with the Industrial Universe.

  • Prioritization: Propose the prioritisation if needed during S&OE & S&OP process.

Required Skills

  • Diploma : Bachelors minimum
  • Exprience: 5+ years in Supply Chain or 3+ years as Zone Merch Planner (ex CZ Retail Supplier)
  • Specific knowledge: Supply Chain Management, Team Management, Monitoring Performance
