Job Description

Salary: $2,800 - $3,100

Working days & hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm

Location: Nearest MRT: Yio Chu Kang

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Manage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle, including invoicing, collections, and customer payment follow-ups.
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments.
Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, and other financial documentation.
Perform bank and account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
Maintain organized accounting records and ensure proper documentation and filing.
Record and update financial transactions accurately within the ERP or accounting system.
Support month-end closing activities and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on finance-related matters.
Monitor expenditures and support cost-control and cost-saving initiatives.
Provide administrative support and perform other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned by management.
