Job Description:
- To monitor, manage and educate students serving in-house suspension.
- To monitor, manage and educate students under the reintegration
programme. - To monitor, manage students that have been sent out from class for Time out. Educate students through restorative processes and teachable moments.
- Implement targeted SEL Skill building modules with selected students during TSR and CCE periods.
- Crafting and producing SEL Skill building modules.
- Provide additional support for student management in high-needs classes and other school requirements.
Requirements
- The personnel must come from a former uniformed service background (e.g., police, prison service).
- Must have at least 5 years of demonstrated experience working directly with at-risk youth in educational, community, or correctional settings
- The personnel should demonstrate a strong passion and disposition for working with at-risk students, along with a positive belief in their potential.
Work Arrangement
- Working Schedule - Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Contract Duration - 15 Sep 2025 to 14 Sep 2026 (Option to extend to 14 Sep 2027)
