Youth Worker - Marsiling

Contract period: 15 September 2025 to 14 September 2026 with an option to extend the contract for a further period of 1 year

Working hours:

Mon-Fri /8:00 am to 2:00 pm

Total 960 hrs per year

Scope of Services:

1) To monitor, manage and educate students serving in-house suspension.

2) To monitor, manage and educate students under the reintegration programme.

3) To monitor, manage students that have been sent out from class for Time out. Educate students through restorative processes and teachable moments.

4) Implement targeted SEL Skill building modules with selected students during TSR and CCE periods.

5) Crafting and producing SEL Skill building modules.

6) Provide additional support for student management in high-needs classes and other school requirements.

Qualification, Skill & Experience:

1) Must come from a former uniformed service background (e.g., police, prison service).

2) Must have at least 5 years of demonstrated experience working directly with at-risk youth in educational, community, or correctional setting.

3) Should demonstrate a strong passion and disposition for working with at-risk students, along with a positive belief in their potential.
