Job Description

• Engage & mentor identified students
• Provide guidance, counselling & support
• Conduct student intervention programmes
• Organise student engagement activities
• Monitor students progress and well-being
• Work closely with school staffs & parents

Requirements

• Diplomain Social/Youth Work or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant social/youth work experience
• Experience in school/community settings preferred
• Able to develop & deliver youth programmes
• Strong student engagement & partnership-building skills
• Able to assess needs and develop intervention plans
• Good programme monitoring & evaluation skills
• Strong teamwork, organisation & adaptability
• Able to handle
• confidential and sensitive matters professionally
• Able to work calmly under pressure, especially during live school events
