What You'll Be Doing:
- Engage youth through arts, sports, eSports, and interest-based activiites.
- Lead outreach programmes in schools and the community that spark growth and connection.
- Mentor and support youth through guidance and casework.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and volunteers to grow community impact.
- Create a safe space where youth feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Who We're Looking For
- A Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work, Counselling, or Social Sciences.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in youth work or related fields.
- Positive, approachable, and passionate about youth development.
- Comfortable with social media and digital tools.
- Bonus: Skills in fitness, eSports, or visual arts are a huge plus!
