Peak Performance Sports Academy (PPSA) is a science-backed human performance ecosystem helping youth athletes, working professionals, and high-performance adults build strong, capable, confident bodies for sport and for life.
We're looking for a passionate, technically excellent coach to work with our youth athletes aged 1018. If you believe that coaching the next generation is one of the highest-impact things a performance professional can do this role is for you.
The Role
You'll be delivering elite-level strength, speed, and movement sessions to athletes aged 1018, building the athletic foundations they'll carry for life. This is not a babysitting role. Every session is intentional, precise, and rooted in sports science.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality in-person strength, speed, and movement sessions for athletes aged 1018
- Conduct athlete assessments movement screens, VALD ForceDecks CMJ testing, growth stage considerations
- Build personalised training plans grounded in long-term athletic development (LTAD) principles
- Track and re-test progress every 8 weeks with data-driven insights
- Provide monthly developmental reports and updates for parents
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with athletes and their families

Qualifications
- CSCS (NSCA) preferred or actively working towards it
- Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Science, or Nutrition (Bachelor's or Master's)
- CPT from NASM, NSCA, or EXOS accepted
- Experience coaching youth athletes (U18) in a structured performance or sports context
- Familiarity with LTAD principles and youth periodisation models
- Experience with biomechanical testing tools (VALD ForceDecks or similar) is a plus
- Being a competitive athlete yourself is a bonus
