Youth Mentor - Central (5 Days, with overnight shift)

• Perform daily operational tasks and oversee residents in their regular activities.
• Assist residents with any challenges related to day-to-day matters at residents centre, ensuring their well-being and safety.
• Foster discipline among residents while serving as a mentor and role model.
• Assess, manage, and resolve crises or conflicts as they arise.
• Implement individual therapeutic interventions according to the care plans developed by the treatment team.
• Contribute to meeting the physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, and social needs of residents.

5 Days (on 3-shift rotations and over weekend/Public Holidays)
