Therapeutic Care Worker - Central (5 days/ Shift)

• Execute daily operational responsibilities and supervise residents in their routine activities.
• Provide assistance to residents with any challenges related to daily issues at the Treatment Centre, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Encourage discipline among residents and serve as a mentor and role model.
• Assess, manage, and address crises or conflicts as they occur.
• Carry out personalized therapeutic interventions according to the care plans outlined by the treatment team.
• Actively support the physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, and social needs of residents.

5 days (3-shift rotations and over weekend/Public Holidays)
