We are looking for an experienced Yacht Crew / Skipper to join our operations team. This is a full-time position based at Keppel Marina, responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and guest experience onboard a luxury 56-foot catamaran.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and navigate the 56-ft catamaran safely in Singapore waters
- Ensure compliance with MPA regulations, safety standards, and procedures
- Conduct pre-departure checks and routine vessel inspections
- Carry out basic maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of the yacht
- Provide safety briefings and assist guests onboard
- Deliver a professional and high-quality charter experience
- Coordinate with operations team on schedules and charter requirements
- Respond calmly and effectively to emergency situations
Job Requirements
- PPCDL boat license
- Proven experience operating yachts or catamarans (50ft and above preferred)
- Good knowledge of Singapore waters, tides, and marina operations
- Familiar with marine safety and emergency procedures
- Customer-oriented, responsible, and professional attitude
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
What you'll be doing
- Safely operating and navigating the yacht to and from various destinations
- Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of the yacht to keep it in pristine condition
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the charter
- Adhering to all relevant maritime regulations and safety protocols
- Supervising and coordinating the efforts of the yacht's crew members
- Maintaining accurate logs and records of all yacht operations
What we're looking for
- Valid boat/yacht license and/or certification
- Strong navigational and seamanship skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
