Responsibilities:

- Take and process orders accurately, whether at the counter, table, or through a POS system.

- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service counters, and workstations.
- Assist in stock replenishment and monitor inventory levels for supplies and condiments.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Support kitchen or back-of-house staff during peak hours or as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Participate in opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and cash handling.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals and service standards.
