x2 Customer Service Officer (Fulltime, Central East)

Summary

• Basic salary up to $2700

• 5.5 days
  Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
  Either Saturday/ Sunday 9am-1pm

• Industry: Training Service Provider

• Location: Bendemeer Rd

• Fulltime, with Performance Bonus

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate account clients, addressing feedback, complaints, and conflicts professionally.

• Handle general enquiries and customer registrations, including walk-ins.

• Administer training programs, including course registration, verification of trainee documents, feedback collection, surveys, system updates, and logistics support.

• Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate closely with the finance team to ensure timely collection.

• Maintain accurate and complete records for all training registrations, both hard copy and electronic.
