WSHO Safety Officer

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct daily site safety inspection, hazard identification and rectification follow-up for Singapore projects.

2. Manage high-risk works including working at height, temporary electrical work, lifting and equipment commissioning. Verify PTW compliance before submission for approval, conduct toolbox talks and stop unsafe practices.

3. Comply with Singapore MOM regulations and bizSAFE requirements, prepare risk assessment, safety plan and emergency documents.

4. Organize site safety training and emergency drills, supervise standard PPE wearing.

5. Conduct incident investigation, implement corrective actions, and support government & client safety audit and acceptance.

6. Perform daily inspection of fire and safety facilities to ensure full site compliance.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or above, major in Engineering / Safety related field. MOM registered WSHO is highly preferred.

2. Minimum 2 years local Singapore EHS working experience, familiar with MEP, automation or warehouse project is a plus.

3. Familiar with Singapore WSH Act and bizSAFE system, capable of site safety management and official inspection.

4. Basic English reading & writing skills, able to handle English safety documents; fluent in English and Chinese.

5. Responsible and decisive, capable of remote overall safety management and on-site emergency handling, available for temporary on-site duty and overtime as project required.

6.Advance Certificate in WSH (ACWSH)、• WSQ Assess Risk Management (bizSAFE Level 2).
