Job Title: WSHO cum ECO (ID6011)
Department / Project Location: Changi Airport Project
Salary Range: $5,000 - $7,000 / month
Working Hour:Monday- Friday : 8:30am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
. Assist the Project Manager in implementing the WSH Management System, Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, and Risk Assessments.
. Act as Secretary of the Project WSH Committee and lead regular safety meetings.
. Prepare, submit, and enforce the Site Environmental Control Programme.
. Conduct periodic safety inspections to ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and internal policies.
. Investigate workplace accidents or dangerous occurrences and implement corrective action plans.
. Liaise with government agencies (MOM, NEA, PUB) on safety, vector control, and Earth Control Measures (ECM).
. Organize site safety training and promotional campaigns.
