Responsibilities

• Plan and implement safety protocols to ensure compliance with safety legislation and safe work practices on construction sites
• Oversee and direct safety analyses, including conducting thorough accident investigations to identify root causes
• Identify potentially unsafe or hazardous situations, report findings to management, and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents and corrective measures
• Assist the Manager in evaluating safety policies, methods, and programs to improve site safety standards
• Organize and deliver safety training sessions for workers

Requirements

• Certificate in WSH Coordinator Course, BCSS, or other relevant safety certifications
• Minimum of 5 years experience working in the construction industry
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with teams and stakeholders
