WSH OFFICER

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Implement a comprehensive Site Safety Management System to manage risks and reduce accidents
2. Implementation of workplace safety, health and environment programs and initiatives
3. Enforcement of safety standards in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act
4. Conducting training programs on workplace safety and health and inspections to ensure that all staff and/or subcontractors onsite abide by policies and standards
5. Ensure strict compliance of procedures in statutory workplace, safety, health & environment requirements at sites and required premises
6. Implementation of effective safety management system, preventive measures as well as risk assessment to minimize accidents at the assigned workplace/site
7. Preparation and/or submission of safety reports and necessary audits
8. Assist the company in safety related certifications and awareness such as safety audits, meetings, and execution of safety programmes
9. To handle any adhoc duties and tasks assigned

Requirements:
1. Possess minimum Specialist Diploma in WSH (Level 3) and WSH Officer Certificate
2. Registered Safety Offer/WSH Officer with MOM for minimum of 5 years
3. At least 5 years of relevant experience in WSH

Working Location: Tampines (Company transport provided at various locations)
