ROLES& RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act
- Enforce all safety requirementsand company safety rules and regulations
- Conduct regular site checks andtake appropriate corrective actions
- Conduct regular inspection toensure ECM and environmental plan in place
- Maintain and update all WSHrecords, certificates and reports in accordance with WSH legislation
- Investigate accidents, incidents,or near misses to determine the root causes and prevent future occurrences.
- Maintain accurate records relatedto safety training, incidents, inspections, and compliance activities.
- Stay current on industry best practices and continuously seek opportunities to improve workplace safety.
REQUIREMENT /QUALIFICATION
- Registered WSH Officer with MOM
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry
- Occupational Safety Management(including fire & safety management)
- Experience in Public Housing(HDB)/ Building will be advantageous.
