Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of WSH management systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore WSH regulations and company safety policies.
  • Oversee and manage ISO certification processes (e.g. ISO 45001) and audits (internal & external).
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities on all WSH matters.
  • Champion a strong safety culture and drive safety performance across projects.
  • Lead safety training, initiatives, and improvement programs.
  • Prepare and review WSH reports, audit documentation, and compliance records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health /Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety And Health.
  • MOM Registered Workplace Safety And Health Officer.
  • Minimum 8-10 experience as Workplace Safety and Health Officer in the construction industry.
  • Experienced in HIP / HDB BTO projects.
  • Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Must be responsible, organized and self-initiated.
  • Respect for deadlines, sense of urgency.
  • Strong experience in ISO standards (e.g. ISO 45001) and audit management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing site safety teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of local regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
