WSH Coordinator

What you'll be doing

• Conducting regular site inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards
• Developing and delivering safety training programs for our employees
• Maintaining detailed records of all safety incidents and investigations
• Collaborating with project managers and supervisors to ensure compliance with all relevant workplace safety and health regulations
• Providing guidance and support to the site teams on safety best practices
• Preparing and submitting reports on the company's safety performance
• Continuously reviewing and improving our safety management systems

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a WSH Coordinator or in a similar safety-focused role within the construction industry
• Thorough understanding of workplace safety and health regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and mitigate safety risks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using safety management software and data analysis tools
• Relevant WSH certificates or diplomas would be an advantage
