WSH Coordinator

• Prepare and submit Risk Assessments (RA) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP)

• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and toolbox briefings

• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, WSH Act, and environmental standards

• Manage and maintain ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 management systems, including documentation and audits

• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and project teams on safety and compliance matters

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 2 years relevant experience

• Possess Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH Coordinator / Level B)

• Experience with RA, SWP, MOM inspections

• Familiar with ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001, local WSH regulations and compliance requirements

• Location: Various Locations, Office at Tai Seng

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)

• Salary: Up to $4500

• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
