Job Description
- Ensure all operations comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Environmental Control regulations, as well as relevant statutory requirements.
- Follow up on site walk inspection findings raised by the Safety Committee and support the WSH Officer in closing out reports, including assistance in incident and accident investigations.
- Ensure daily safety checklists are properly completed and documented, and conduct mass toolbox meetings on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate with relevant site personnel to continuously improve worksite safety standards and site cleanliness.
- Ensure supervisors and workers strictly adhere to approved safe work procedures.
- Assist the WSH Officer inorganizing monthly Safety Committee meetings and preparing safety-related reports, including the tracking of safety issues.
- Compile and maintain all relevant safety records and reports, and conduct daily site safety inspections.
- Supervise workers to ensure safety measures and procedures are implemented in accordance with MOM regulations.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
REQUIREMENT
- Possess an Advance Certificate IN Workplace Safety and Health.
- Min. 2 years relevant experiencein Building and Construction Industry
- Proactive with excellent interpersonal skills and analytical ability
- Ability to work under pressures in a fast pace environment
- Experience in HDB/JTC/Building & Commercial/Mix Development will be advantageous.
