WSH Coordinator (2 years contract/ Rail)

Responsibilities

. Ensurecompliance with operations with Workplace Safety and Health/EnvironmentalControl regulations and statutory requirements

. Implement,monitor and maintain appropriate safety measurements in accordance with theWorkplace Health and Safety Act

. Enforcesall safety requirements and in-house safety rules and regulations

. Conductsregular site checks and takes appropriate corrective actions

. Conductsafety awareness training/programmers/initiatives

. Compilesall relevant reports and records and carry out daily safety inspection

. OtherAd-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

. Possessrelevant Certificates (e.g. Advanced Certificate in WSH)

. Minimum3 years of working experience in tunneling from construction industry

. Familiarwith the statutory requirements related to WSH Act and other aspect of safety

. Tunnelingexperience (preferably with MRT projects) would be highly advantageous

. Ableto work 6 days and weekend and public holidays if needs arise.
