To perform safety audits, inspection of work sites to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations
Familiarizes staff through induction training
To support and administer all WSH related initiatives
To recommend practicable measures to help protect employees from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials
To investigate accidents to identify causes or to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future
To assist with the management of WSH programme and promote awareness to all stakeholders
To liaise and follow up with the relevant stakeholders on WSH matters
Assist in the assessment of safety-related supplies/equipment
Organize training, talks and other activities which will develop and maintain the interest of the persons employed on the site so as to establish a safe and healthy working environment
Need to perform shift rotation
Generating weekly safety reports for divisional heads and management etc.
Work within the Company's Health & Safety policy.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years working experience with Workplace Safety
Candidates who possess Certificate in WSH (Level B) / Safety Coordinator Safety Training Course are encouraged to apply
Candidates who possess Building Construction Supervisor Safety Certification are encouraged to apply
Candidates who possess Work-at-Height Assessor / Managing Work-at-Height Certification are encouraged to apply
Candidates who possess Risk Management Course / bizSAFE Level 2 are encouraged to apply
