Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and versatile Writer to join our creative network. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across a variety of formats-from marketing copy and brand storytelling to educational content and editorial pieces.

You will collaborate closely with our team to craft compelling narratives that align with our clients goals and WriteHaus Asia's creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality written content across multiple formats, including:
• Marketing and branding copy (EDMs, brochures, websites, social media)
• Educational and curriculum-based content
• Articles, scripts, and long-form storytelling pieces
• Translate briefs into clear, engaging, and impactful writing
• Adapt tone and style to suit different audiences and industries
• Collaborate with internal teams on content strategy and creative direction
• Edit and refine content based on feedback to ensure quality and consistency
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Media, or a related field
• Strong portfolio of writing work (articles, copywriting, scripts, or educational content) demonstrating versatility and quality
• Excellent command of English with strong storytelling ability
• Ability to write across different tones and formats (corporate, educational, conversational, storytelling)
• Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading skills
• Self-driven, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects independently

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Certifications in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing (e.g. HubSpot, Google)
• Experience in curriculum writing or education-related content development
• Experience in scriptwriting, podcast content, or media production (a plus for OpenHaus initiatives)
• Understanding of digital content trends, branding, and audience engagement
