Wound & Stoma Care Nurse | 5 Days | Community/Home Care HLY

We are looking for a dedicated Wound & Stoma Care Nurse to provide specialised nursing care to patients in their homes!

Responsibilities:

Provide wound assessment, dressing and wound management

Perform stoma care and provide patient/caregiver education

Conduct home visits and monitor patients recovery

Work closely with the healthcare team on patients care plans

Working Hours:

5 days per week

Rotating shifts

Required to work on Public Holidays (PH) based on roster

Requirements:

SNB Registered Nurse

Prior wound/stoma care or relevant nursing experience preferred

Comfortable travelling to patients homes

Caring, independent and confident in patient management
